I'm a teacher .
I am a life-loving student (of the mind, the body, and the cosmos) who makes magic out of the mundane... by that I mean I do my best to live fully in each moment, sing on sidewalks, and dance while doing the dishes. I pivoted from my 10-year career in the corporate world to create the life of my dreams, doing what I love. Now, my days are centered around sharing yoga, meditation, and ancient eastern philosophy with others.
When I'm not teaching (Fyra Yoga NYC, Three Jewels NYC, Reforesters Laboratory), I'm playing my favorite roles of guncle, dog-dad, and partner.
What I teach .
No arrangement of external circumstances will give you peace. Your experience of the world is filtered entirely through your mind — so the real work is befriending it, choosing your inputs intentionally, so you're forced to experience the life you dreamed of.
You're not stuck. You're infinite potential. You've been a million different versions of yourself already. Right? Right. So, you can transform your self-imposed limits into a more expansive, boundless, authentic version of you. I'm humbled and excited to share these love-drenched ancient wisdoms to help you habituate a state of being that is spins on the axis of unconditional love.
